RSVP management

Embed your RSVP form

Show the RSVP form inside your own website or a Canva design. Each option below has its own link. Responses still land in your guest list.

1. RSVP form only

Just the form: no name search and no page around it. Best for a section or button on your own website.

Embed link

Show iframe code for your own website

Paste this into an HTML block on your site. The script is optional: it makes the frame grow and shrink to fit the form.

2. Search by name, then form

Guests find their name first, then reply. Best when you have a guest list and want to avoid duplicates.

Add it to Canva

  1. 1 Copy the embed link of the option you want (most people want RSVP form only).
  2. 2 In your Canva design, open Apps in the side panel, search for Embed and open it.
  3. 3 Paste the link into the web link field and click Add to design. Paste only the link, not the iframe code.
  4. 4 Resize the embed so the whole form is visible. Make it tall enough for the guest fields (about 600px or more on desktop).

Canva's Embed app only turns a link into a live form for websites its embed service already recognises. For any other website it shows a plain link preview (the page title, description and domain on a dark card) instead of the form. If that happens, use the reliable option: select a button, text or image in your design, choose Link, and paste the Search by name link from the RSVP page card. Guests tap it and reply on our page. Live embeds also only work when the design is viewed online, not in a downloaded PDF or image.
