This Privacy Policy applies to everyone who uses Link of Time: event hosts who create events, event managers who help run them, guests who open an invitation, RSVP, or post a message, suppliers who list services on our marketplace, and visitors to our website.
Event hosts decide what guest and event information goes into their event. Link of Time processes that information for the host in order to provide the platform. Hosts are responsible for having the right to share their guests information with us.
We collect information you give us, information that guests and event managers add to an event, and information collected automatically when you use the platform.
We use your information to provide, improve, and maintain our services.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
RSVP lists and guest information are protected and accessible only to authorized users associated with the event, such as the host and event managers. Password-protected events restrict guest list visibility to approved individuals.
Each guest may receive a personalized invitation link. Anyone who has a link can open that invitation, so guests should avoid forwarding links they do not want others to use.
Event hosts are responsible for making sure they have permission to upload guest names and contact details, and for using that information only to organize their event.
Content added to an event page, such as guestbook messages, photos, galleries, videos, and entourage profiles, may be visible to anyone who has the event link. Guestbook messages and photos may also be shown on display screens at the event.
Please do not post sensitive personal information in public sections. Hosts and event managers can delete guestbook entries from the event dashboard.
The demo event on our website is public. Anything posted to a demo event may be visible to other visitors and may be removed at any time.
Users may upload photos, videos, music, guest messages, and other event materials. You retain ownership of your content.
By uploading content to Link of Time, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process the content solely for operating and improving the platform.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates laws, infringes intellectual property rights, contains harmful material, or breaches our platform policies.

Suppliers handle the information they receive under their own practices, so please consider what you share with them.
Link of Time may send or display messages related to your event, including RSVP confirmations, thank-you notes, reminders, and account or service notifications.
If you connect Telegram alerts, we use the details needed to deliver event notifications to your Telegram account. Telegram handles those messages under its own terms and privacy policy. You can stop receiving alerts by disconnecting the integration where available, or by contacting us.
Certain features may require paid packages or upgrades. Payment transactions may be processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Link of Time does not store full credit card or sensitive payment credentials directly on our servers. Budget amounts you enter in Budget Tracking are records for your own planning and are not payment transactions.
Our Refer and Earn system may track referral links, referred users, and reward eligibility to ensure accurate rewards and to prevent fraud or abuse. Where payouts apply, we may collect the information needed to process them.
