By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any Link of Time services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.

Link of Time provides digital event management tools, including:

• Event websites, invitations, themes, and one-link sharing
• RSVP and guest management, guest list upload, and seating assignment
• Guestbook, photobooth, games, photo gallery, videos, and music
• Event schedule, story timeline, maps and directions, FAQs, dress code, and entourage builder
• Gift registry, countdown timer, reminders, and thank-you notes
• Budget tracking, checklists, and event manager access
• Supplier marketplace and supplier bookings
• Telegram alerts and the referral program

Features may vary depending on your package or plan, and we may add, change, or remove features over time.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials, passwords, and event access information confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Link of Time is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from shared passwords or compromised credentials.

You may invite event managers to help run your event. You are responsible for who you invite and for the actions they take on your event.

Some features require paid packages or upgrades. The features included in each package are shown on the platform at the time of purchase.

• Payments must be completed before premium features are activated
• Pricing may change at any time without prior notice
• Refund policies may vary depending on promotions or package type
• Failure to pay may result in feature restrictions or suspension

Payment processing may be handled by secure third-party providers.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Use only media and content you own or have permission to use
• Respect guest privacy and consent
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
• Refrain from abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities

You must not upload illegal, offensive, malicious, copyrighted, or harmful content.

When you enter or upload guest information, including through bulk upload, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that you will use it only to organize your event.

You are responsible for the messages sent or displayed through your event, including reminders, thank-you notes, and invitation links, and for following the laws that apply to electronic communications and consent. Do not use Link of Time to send spam or unsolicited promotions.

If you include information about children, such as a birthday celebrant or members of your entourage, you are responsible for getting permission from a parent or guardian.

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, music, text, and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Link of Time a limited license to host, display, process, and distribute it solely for platform functionality.

Guestbook messages, photobooth photos, and other guest submissions are written by guests, not by Link of Time. Hosts and event managers can moderate and remove them from the dashboard. We do not review all content before it appears.

Only upload music, photos, videos, and other material you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for any licenses needed to play music or show media on your event page.

Link of Time may provide access to third-party suppliers, including venues, photographers, coordinators, stylists, and caterers.

We do not directly employ or control suppliers and are not responsible for supplier services, pricing, disputes, cancellations, delays, quality, damages, or contractual obligations between users and suppliers. Users engage with suppliers at their own discretion and risk.

Supplier prospects and bookings in your dashboard are record-keeping tools. Saving a supplier or recording a booking does not create a contract, and Link of Time is not a party to any agreement between you and a supplier.

Suppliers who register accounts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, packages, pricing, and portfolio content.

Budget tracking, checklists, seating, schedules, maps, dress code, and gift registry tools help you organize your event and are provided for convenience and information only.

• Budget amounts and payments you record are for your own tracking and are not payment transactions
• Gift registry items may link to third-party stores, and purchases are between you, your guests, and those stores
• Checklist templates are general guidance and are not legal, financial, or professional advice
• Map embeds and directions come from third parties and may not always be accurate

You are responsible for checking that your event details, dates, times, and locations are correct before sharing your invitation.

Some features rely on third-party services such as Google Maps, Telegram, payment providers, and messaging apps. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or policies, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Users participating in Refer and Earn may receive rewards or commissions based on successful referral activity.

Link of Time reserves the right to:

• Review referral eligibility
• Delay or deny suspicious payouts
• Modify rewards or commission structures at any time
• Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent referrals

All platform designs, branding, software, layouts, graphics, code, and system functionality belong to Link of Time and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded media, text, and event content, as described in the Content, Guestbook, and Media section.

Demo events are provided to show how the platform works. Anything posted to a demo event, including guestbook messages and photos, may be visible to other visitors and may be removed at any time. Do not post personal or sensitive information in a demo event.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict platform access if content violates laws, infringes rights, spreads malware, promotes hate, or damages the platform experience.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in:

• Fraudulent activities
• Abusive behavior
• Unauthorized access attempts
• Illegal or prohibited content uploads
• Payment abuse or disputes

While we strive for uninterrupted service, Link of Time does not guarantee continuous platform availability.

Maintenance, updates, technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party failures may temporarily affect services, including the delivery of reminders, notifications, and Telegram alerts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link of Time shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes losses related to event disruptions, data loss, supplier disputes, invitations or reminders that are not received or opened, guest issues, content posted by guests, revenue loss, or technical failures.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Link of Time, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your guest data, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes become effective once posted on this page, and the Last Updated date will change. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations within the jurisdiction where Link of Time operates.
